Track Name: Element 2: A leader is a dealer in hope. You can tell a man he's the best, and that there's no one greater; and before long, he'll believe it. When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command. Very often, that person is crazy.
Track Name: Element 3: Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. Blur the line between hard and heartless, until the line no longer exists. Sometimes it's more important to be human, than to have good taste.
